With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private and enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

Le centre village est accessible à pied, il y a une boucherie de qualité, une boulangerie, un point poste avec accès aux infos touristiques du coin, la mairie, une laverie et une supérette "SPAR". Nombreuses activités possibles dans le secteur. Au carrefour de la Gironde, de la Charente-Maritime et de la Dordogne.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.

A l'extérieur, petite terrasse semi-ombragée avec barbecue, grand jardin non clôturé avec piscine 5*3 semi-enterrée.
