It has a suntrap back garden and is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday. Located in the town centre The Apartment is close to the fells with easy access to the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. Several picturesque walks are within easy reach or can be a base to further explore the Western Lake district and beyond. A short car drive and you can visit a number of iconic locations such as Ennerdale Water, Loweswater, St Bees and historic Whitehaven. This property is only 200 yards from the C2C cycle way for cyclists and walkers. Longlands lake is also nearby.

Self contained one bedroom annexe apartment with en-suite bathroom and living room. The apartment has it's own ground floor entrance which has access to a small gymnasium, guests can use this gymnasium by simple request just to ensure your own privacy. Upstairs is the bedroom including desk area and ensuite bathroom, across the hall is your private living room with large table, TV, microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Would suit working professional or someone exploring the lake district.

Ideally located to explore the beautiful Lake District.

It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. It is also a perfect base to explore the Lakes- Ennerdale Water is less than 6 miles away, Wasdale, Borrowdale and Loweswater are also close.

There are several local walks and our home is also close to lovely beaches and the Western Lakes, Ennerdale only 3 miles and Scafell Pike only a short drive away.

Easy access to the stunning Western lake district and the fells 20 minute drive away. The house is set in the village of Sandwith, within walking distance of a traditional pub 'The Dog and Partridge' serving food and drinks.
