This beautiful property looks out over several mountain passes, provides full privacy on 1.5 acres, and although remote enough to see deer and wildlife, only a 15 min drive to restaurants & shopping, 25 min to PC ski resort and famous Main Street Park City. Two queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen & gas grill allow for a cozy and comfortable experience. Relax in the hot tub and take in the breathtaking views after a day skiing or hiking nearby.

Echo Reservoir is also great for fishing and boating which is just 10 minutes away. It's a 13 minute drive to Park City for the Skiing, shops, restaurants, and more.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!

The full bed has a 150 pound limit. A 10$ fee for each guests over 1 will apply NO cleaning fees total cost as low as 75$ a night We cater to people here for doctor and hospital visits we care :)) and appreciate how hard it is. Free off street parking but load and unload in the driveway. Close to grocery, Capital, Temple Square, LDS, U of U, Shriners, Primary Childrens, VA Hospitals.
