Nord Vue Barn

Nord Vue Barn is conveniently situated in the Lakeland village of Penruddock, which benefits from very easy access to the M6. The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The cottage encourages a hygge-style approach to cosiness, relaxation and wellbeing.

Cobbler’s Cottage is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break whilst exploring the Lake District and all that Cumbria has to offer. It is in an ideal location with some of the Lake’s most iconic places such as Ullswater, Helvellyn and Blencathra only a short drive away. Greystoke has a shop/post office, outdoor pool and the excellent Boot and Shoe pub is around the corner.

Surrounded by fields and the view of the fells, this is a place to slow down, but also to have adventure!

Easy to reach whether you are travelling North or South, Gibson Cottage is located just two miles from J40 on the M6 and the market town of Penrith, which is serviced by a main line train station. The Cottage is set off the beaten track where you will have the chance to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!
