Covered 2 slip boat dock w/new stairs down to the dock/kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom/3 bath on 7 acres w/new flooring thru out w/gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player/dvds. This home does not have wifi. Secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

The Ozark Hideaway is on 90 wooded acres 8 mi from Gainesville, MO (home of Hootin-n-Hollerin) in Ozark County on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife abounds as you hike the marked trails or warm by the fire pit. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.

Only a 7 minute drive to Tracy Ferry Marina on Norfork Lake where you can rent a boat. Stay at your own private, quiet lakeside retreat but still be only 15 minutes away from all the amenities Mountain Home has to offer.

A four minute drive from the Bull Shoals White River State Park, guests have easy access to fishing and boating in the beautiful river. Local restaurant Gastons is just down the road, as well as multiple nearby small towns for all your shopping and dining needs. End the day relaxing in the master bathtub or in the recliners by the fireplace.

Come stay on a family friendly working cattle farm with over 200 acres of beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. Enjoy your coffee/cocktails from the front porch of a turn of the century farmhouse while watching Southern Missouri's abundant wildlife including white tail deer, turkey, and other critters. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.
