Morvoren Cottage is just 4 blocks from the water and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown with private off-street parking. Have a drink on your private porch then catch a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion or Greenfield Lake. Nearby is the Castle Street District with tasty eateries and brunch! Plus, it's just a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville or Carolina Beaches!

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.

Treetop Retreat

Relax and feel at home in this peaceful and light-filled garage apartment among the treetops. Centrally located near the best of Wilmington - a 10 minute drive to historic downtown and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach! Well appointed with a comfortable King size bed, room to lounge in the spacious living room, and a full size kitchen for all your cooking needs! The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

This is the perfect escape for those looking for waterfront cozy chic luxury. Just steps away from a pristine oceanfront preserve and biking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants and nightlife. Our recently updated stylish condo will give you an emersion of coastal beauty and an array of local attractions along with access to marsh side pool, bikes and grills. Start your day with a cup of coffee and an ocean sunrise and unwind with a glass of wine for an unmatched marsh view sunset.

Welcome to The Sun Suite! This newly renovated apartment is the perfect place to get away and visit Wilmington as well as the surrounding area. Centrally located, The Sun Suite is only minutes away from UNC-Wilmington, Downtown, & Wrightsville Beach. Enjoy a night out on the town or relaxing day at the beach and come back to a clean, cozy, and private space to unwind. The Sun Suite is located behind our primary residence so make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything!

Lovely apartment, private space. Open and spacious dining and living area. Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun & a night on town. Directly in between Pleasure Island and downtown ILM (15 minute drive to either), this suite gives you a clean, quiet place to rest and restore.
