This space was thoughtfully provided with amenities designed to make this your home away from home with a hot tub, outdoor fire pit and WiFi (Starlink) Bryson City was not significantly affected by Hurricane Helene. Visiting the city, hiking trails, waterfalls and the surrounding mountain communities means a lot for Western NC.

We are open! Sit in the rockers with your morning coffee, eat your meals at the kitchen table or sit in front of the fireplace all while enjoying the amazing view! The hot tub is located on the deck overlooking the beautiful Mountain View. We are just 20 minutes away from Bryson City and the Nantahala Outdoor Center, 10 minutes from Tsali Recreation, 25 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee and The Blue Ridge Parkway. There is a book in the cabin with other recommendations

Mateo 39A at Nantahala Weddings - pets allowed

Pets allowed. $75 pet fee per pet. $150 penalty if you fail to indicate number of pets via "Guests" drop-down menu when you book. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

The Dragonfly Cottage

This peaceful studio cottage is nestled in a quiet valley in the Smoky Mountains. Great for digital nomads, those traveling for work, or the perfect couple getaway! Centrally located to favorite tourist destinations and outdoor activities. The Andrews Valley Rail Trail is less than a mile away! Have a cozy night in or walk to the quaint little town of Andrews, with shops and restaurants. Plenty of hiking, waterfalls, and whitewater rafting nearby. I look forward to hosting you.

Moonshiners Hideaway Log Cabin

This rustic 2 bedroom cabin nestled in the woods is the perfect hideaway to escape to. Offering its guests privacy and seclusion with mountain views while still being nearby Bryson City, the NOC and fishing just a mile away in the Little Tennessee River. Heavy timber beams, full log siding are just some of the old thyme charm this cabin provides. With a large wraparound deck, indoor fireplace, hot tub and firepit for your enjoyment, not to mention the sleep number bed!

Snowbird Creek Cabin, Flyfish, Tail of the Dragon

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.
