Le moulin se trouve sur une propriété viticole, à une distance de 15 à 30 mn des grands crus classés de St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Proche des plages océanes d'Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (de 25 à 40mn) Bordeaux se situe à 1 h.
