It is in an ideal location with some of the Lake’s most iconic places such as Ullswater, Helvellyn and Blencathra only a short drive away. Greystoke has a shop/post office, outdoor pool and the excellent Boot and Shoe pub is around the corner.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. Rural 3-bedroom cottage in quiet village

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!

Gibson Cottage is a charming 18th century one bedroom holiday cottage, ideal for a romantic break, and perfectly situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Easy to reach whether you are travelling North or South, Gibson Cottage is located just two miles from J40 on the M6 and the market town of Penrith, which is serviced by a main line train station. The Cottage is set off the beaten track where you will have the chance to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!

It is a peaceful, rural setting in striking distance of the Lake District, the Eden Valley and the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is located in Newton Reigny which is a peaceful village 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Penrith. 5 minutes to the M6 and A66 allows for easy access to the Lake District World Heritage site (the closest lake Ullswater 15 minutes drive). Free parking on the property's driveway and space also available to store equipment.
