The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Based on a beef and sheep farm, just 8 miles from Builth Wells, 14 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 15 miles from Brecon. It is in a sunny, scenic, rural spot. Access to numerous footpaths, only a 10 minute hike to join the Wye Valley Walk. 10 minute drive or a scenic walk to local rural pub. It has been decorated to create a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable holiday experience.

Dove cottage consists of an open plan downstairs with a dining area and a cwtch with sofas you sink into, whilst you enjoy the roaring log burner. It has 2 bedrooms each with their own view and a sumptuous bed to relax in and drift off into a deep sleep. There is a bathroom with an electric power shower and Egyptian cotton towels. To the rear there is a private secluded garden which backs onto woodland.
