The apartment has open plan living with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms The Eaves is perfect for exploring Exmoor National Park renowned for its wildlife, dark sky reserve, harbour, restaurants and pubs. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

The Combe is a coast and country escape. It is a self-contained annex, part of our family house accessed from a 12 step external staircase. Located in the picturesque village of West Down, 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.
