The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.

This beautiful townhouse is very central in Virginia and close to Washington DC. The location is very accessible to routes 495 & 66. Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. The house is 5 minutes from Saratoga Plaza which haves Giant, chipotle, subway, etc., and also is 10 minutes from Springfield Mall with very good restaurants to enjoy a family afternoon.
