Historic, peaceful, and close to the beach. Live oak trees and Spanish moss blanket the property. Stroll to the intracoastal waterway and stop by the George Washington tree on your way. The Cottage has two entrances. The main entrance opens into the kitchen. The beach entrance opens into the bathroom to wash off your sandy toes. Sunbath in the fully fenced in courtyard with two outdoor soaking tubs and shower. Enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. Located one mile from the beach!

The Alma House

The Alma House is a lovely 4br/3ba Beachfront cottage that was home to the founders of OIB, Odell and Virginia "Alma" Williamson. Fully Renovated and situated on a 75ft Oceanfront lot, this house is perfect for a tranquil and low maintenance family getaway.
