Ok Folks, here is the deal! After 26 years in this business, I just got my first 1 star review. No matter what business you have, self employed, no one deserves a 1 star review! All host and business owners spend tons of money and time to be able to provide services or share our properties. 1 star reviews nowadays are based off of emotion, not facts. The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Sunrise Studio (NO Cleaning Fee)

This is a one bedroom guest unit that is inside of our modern loft listing. We have a guest suite on either side of the house that can be booked separately in this listing. It’s set up like a luxury hotel suite. It has a private bed and bath with a private entrance. This unit is separated from the rest of the house by communicating doors similar to what you see between adjoining hotel rooms. The dividing walls are 8” thick and soundproofed.

The Love Bird Suite
