Deze authentieke woning heeft prachtige typische Toscaanse elementen zoals een houten balken plafonds en terracotta vloeren. Daarnaast is de woning voorzien van alle hedendaagse gemakken zoals onder andere een airconditioning in iedere kamer (2022 geïnstalleerd) en een volledig eigen privé zwembad (10x5mtr.)
