The Terrace House, completed in 2016, comes with great architectural features. All 4 bedrooms have A/C, fans, modern bathrooms and ocean/jungle views. It's just a few miles out of town, yet only a 4 minutes drive to the Hermosa Beach and 10 minutes to Santa Teresa. All stays come with maid service and concierge to help with bookings of activities and restaurants.

At "Selva House: Vista," wake up to wave views from bed! This cozy bungalow is just a 10-minute walk to Hermosa Beach, perfect for couples. For groups of friends, rent its sister property, "Selva House: Jungle," a beautiful one-bedroom home on the same property. The bungalow is attached to our house but fully private, with shared pool access. It doesn’t have a kitchen but includes an electric mini oven, a mini fridge and breakfast essentials: coffee, milk, bread, butter, and fruit.
