A casa possui um jardim florido, uma pequena horta que são tratados sem agro-tóxicos e segundo alguns princípios da permacultura. Está localizado em Santo António Funchal, próximo de um grande centro comercial. Sistema de internet melhorado recentemente. Não possuímos sistema de aquecimento no quarto. Os espaços exteriores são partilhados.
