The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

A due passi il Parco di Monte Sole e nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei e i monti del Corno alle Scale La cucina è completa con stoviglie e tegami, microonde e macchina del caffè, con a vostra disposizione caffè, orzo, camomilla e te, qualche brioches, acqua gasata e naturale e latte.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

Appartamento accogliente con ingresso indipendente, ubicato al piano terra di una villa bifamiliare con giardino. A soli 500 metri dal centro del paese in zona poco trafficata (le uniche auto di passaggio sono quelle dei residenti), offre la possibilità di soggiornare in zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde ma a due passi da tutti i servizi. Scuole, negozi, medico di guardia, farmacia ecc. sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

The Tower in Borgo Fontanini

The Tower, a striking fortified stone structure dating back to the 1500s, is one of the most iconic buildings in the Borgo Fontanini. Inside it features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. A typical 16th-century tower in the historic village of Castagnedola, overlooking the Monte Cimone valley. In our garden, you can admire the 900-year-old Castagnedola chestnut tree. Guests can enjoy the absolute tranquility of the area, take a dip in the private pool overlooking the stunning natural setting of the Monte Cimone valley, and stroll along the nature trails.
