This comfortable, light contemporary home opens through a wall of glass to a private south facing terrace with loungers and comfortable dining area under a tiled canopy. Cruise ships waft past the terrace, by night lit like Manhatten. Tiny squid fishing boats bob just offshore with their hanging lights. You can watch the boats come and go in the harbour which looks fabulous by night.

Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom. A magnificent place with a superb view over the sea. In a locality known for banana trees plantation. Very quiet and pleasant you can find the beaches within 5min and all the other services you need. Perfect for resting and recuperating energies during your visits to the island. Near the house you will find a levada walk with great view over the fabulous mountainous landscapes of the west.
