La parte adibita agli ospiti è situata al primo piano e consiste in cucina, soggiorno, due camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno e balcone privato, piscina e due posti auto. Le parti descritte sono ad uso privato ed esclusivo al 100%. Non ci sono altri ospiti nella struttura. Il piano terra è abitato da mia madre di 87 anni. Gli ingressi sono indipendenti.
