E’ stato ristrutturato dagli attuali proprietari che ne hanno fatto la loro dimora di campagna. Villa Lama, immersa nella campagna e circondata dalle colline del Casentino, si trova sulle sponde del fiume Arno, accessibili grazie ad un breve sentiero.
