Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock der von uns bewohnten Fabrikantenvilla die nur 3 Min. vom Bahnhof Wetzikon entfernt liegt. Das Badezimmer/WC teilst du mit den Gästen des grünen Zimmers. Das Frühstück ist nicht inklusive, aber gerne biete ich ein mit dir abgesprochenes Zmorge an. (Kosten pro Person und Tag SFr 10.-) Die Küche kann nur zum Aufwärmen mittels Mikrowelle benutzt werden und ein kleines Fach im Kühlschrank steht für dich bereit Der Garten ist zur freien Benutzung.

Stilvolle Villa am Fluss nahe Zürich (15 min). Altes Kraftwerk aus 1870 im Naturschutzgebiet - öffentliche Badeplätze, joggen, spazieren. Enten, Schwäne und Singvögel begrüssen dich am Morgen. Plane Ausflüge in die Stadt , besuche Museen & Sehenswürdigkeiten. (Zürich 15‘/ Luzern 40‘/ Bern 50‘) Erhole dich im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, bei einer Tasse Bio Tee. Diese einzigartige Loft liegt 13 Autominuten vom Airport-ZH und 20min. von der Stadtgrenze Zürich entfernt. Die Gegend ist ländlich, mit Wäldern und einem Fluss direkt beim Haus. Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.

Kreativ Landhaus

Die Liegenschaft wurde 1932 erbaut und 1995 saniert. Sie liegt nahe der schweizer Grenze (Schaffhausen 20min, Zürich 50 min, Freiburg/Stuttgart 50 min) und ist für Touristen welche Stadt u/o Land bevorzugen perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gross und kann für grössere Anlässe oder grosse Familien gemietet werden. Der obere Stock kann komplett gemietet werden (160qm). Dort befinden sich Küche mit Essbereich, BZ mit Dusche und Toilette, eine separate Toilette, drei SZ und der Whirlpool.

Welcome in our beautiful Villa. We rent one Room with a Bed for 2. Enjoy the garden and Swimmingpool (only heated in summer) after Sightseeing or Business. With the public transport it takes about 20 mins to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport (you have to change once). You will find details of public transport on the Homepage of SBB, the public transport organisation in Switzerland. They have also a great App for your phone. We rent another room for 2 persons (seperately ad).

We welcome you to our home, a haven of peace, nature, and comfort just a 20-minute drive from Zurich and 30-minute drive from Lucerne. Located on a quiet valley, just opposite the marvelous river of Sihl. The Sihl hiking starts just in front of our place. You will also be able to try a great bistro at 50 m from the house! You will find everything you need to feel at home. The ideal place to unwind and enjoy sports with your loved ones.

Modern lakeview house

Amazing new built place with spectacular view of the lake of Zurich and Swiss mountains. Located at the end of a dead end street (no traffic) in a quiet area. 2 terraces. Car space in front of the house. No parties allowed. Public transport and grocery stores within walking distance. Ski resorts are reachable within 30 mins by car. The city of Zurich is reachable within 25 mins by car or 40 mins by public transportation.

Small double room in very quiet & cosy villa

16 minutes form Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a quiet and cosy house with garden, a small double room is available (bed 140cm). There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.
