In town Rehoboth, with Rise Up and the boardwalk just a quick walk away, you'll love this home with a POOL AND HOT TUB (April-Oct). There's a ton of natural light, plus comfy queen and king beds, nice new linens, and more. Please note there is a security camera on the pool and in the pool equipment area for your safety. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for first pet, $25 per additional (additional pet fee after the first will be billed after your reservation is complete). Maximum 3 dogs.

Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Bring your boat to a Cozy, Retro, Rustic getaway. Situated between the Indian river bay and the Rehoboth Bay. .5 miles from Massey's Landing public boat launch and fishing pier. 17 miles from Rehoboth Beach, with traffic it could take you 45 mins to get to the beach, without traffic about 25 min. The house has 2 bedrooms, and a living room which is open to the kitchen. There is also a large screened-in porch attached. Plenty of room to park your boat.
