Cosy central heated Wooden log cabin/lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside views. Ideal for those wanting to be a mile from our local village but in a quiet area. Walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Two medium sized dogs are welcome. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and a fantastic shower have all been in 5* feedback left by many satisfied guests.

Jane's Lodge

An oasis of peace and tranquility on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Country walks, wildlife and two village pubs on the doorstep. Perfectly placed for visiting local hot spots like Haworth and 'Happy Valley' country, with the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales around. Jane's Lodge is on a small farm, there may be sheep in our fields. As such we can not accept dogs or pets of any size, however well behaved. We are not suitable for children, toddlers or babies. Jane’s Lodge is strictly no smoking.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.

Abigail and Andrew offer a warm welcome to Ivythwaite Cottages, situated in the grounds of a traditional Lakeland stone and flint guest house in beautiful Windermere.
