Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. It can sleep up to 2 people comfortably (1 queen bed). Perfect for a couple (or small family) visiting family in the Tri-State area.

The Gibson House!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
