Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.

The Lakeside Lodge

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish. Easy access 100 metres to bus stop to city centre, stroll around Roath Park Lake and have a coffee on Wellfield Road.

Our quaint outhouse has been lovingly renovated into a cosy and snug studio space. Refurbished to a high standard it offers everything you need for a home away from home! With its own entrance means you have all the contactless, privacy you need. NO CLEANING or EXTRA PERSON FEE

The Coach House

The Coach House is a splendid annex to our family home. It is located at the bottom of our tranquil garden and has a private access via a side gate into the garden. Despite being centrally located, once inside you will have total peace and quiet. A real gem.
