Private suite with a separate entrance inside of a 3 storey house located within walking distance of the Langdale Ferry Terminal. In the lovely town of Gibsons, it is only a 40 min ferry ride from West Vancouver. Along with fantastic views it offers many great features such as hot tub for your private use available from October 1 to June 30 only; electric fireplace; electric car charger; keyless entry and much more. Located between Gibsons and Sechelt with walkout access to Davis Bay beach. Perfect for a couple or small family, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new pull-out sofa bed in the living room. New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.
