This is 10 minutes from JFK airport, 25 minutes from LaGuardia airport, 15 minutes away from Resorts World Casino, 10 minutes from Green Acres Mall, 35 minutes drive to Time Square, 11 minutes to UBS Arena, and about 6 minutes to Five Towns Shopping Center. Walking distance from grocery stores and a supermarket. There is a bus that runs 24/7. I will be available during your stay for any issues.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.
