Discover tranquility and relaxation in their original form: We offer a tiny, yet comfortable vacation rental for up to 2 people. The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Own entrance directly on the Bodensee cycle path

The Lake Getaway is located in a quiet residential area, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. The Salmsacher Bay with barbecue and meeting place & pump track can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bike in 4 minutes. Romanshorn with its inviting cafés by the lake & the seaside resort can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. 2 bikes are available free of charge. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Our garden with barbecue, seating area and 2 sun loungers is available to you for the end of the evening.

Schönes Bauernstüble auf dem Land

Sie wohnen gemütlich und authentisch auf 24qm in unserem "Bauernstüble". Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine Essecke, ein Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Satelliten-TV. Über eine Treppenleiter gelangen Sie in den Schlafbereich mit einer 140x200cm Matratze. Angrenzend zum Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine kleine aber vollwertig ausgestattete Küche. Ein modernes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und Tageslicht rundet die Wohnung ab. Eine Waschmaschine + Trockner kann für 4€ pro Waschladung mitbenutzt werden.

Auszeit Apartment Dream

Das helle, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 45 m²) mit großem Sonnenbalkon liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Einfach, aber gemütlich zum Erholen

Das gemütliche Studio in See nähe verfügt über Küche und Dusche/WC. Ein sonniger Sitzplatz steht zur Verfügung. Sonnenhungrige können im Garten entspannen. Der Sprung in den See ist in 5 Minuten möglich. Das bekannte Seebad und Minigolf erreicht man zu Fuss in 10-15 Min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Bus zu Bahnhof und Hafen ist nur 3 Min. entfernt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten per Bahn/Schiff und das Mieten von Fahrrädern sind dort möglich. 1 Parkplatz vorhanden.

Meine Ferienwohnung liegt im kleinen, idyllischen Ort Ittendorf, ganz ruhig in einer Sackgasse und ist ideal, um sich vom Stress des Alltags zu erholen. Es ist ein kleiner Ort mit 750 Einwohnern, umgeben von Obstplantagen. Sie ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses und befindet sich im Souterrain. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang mit einer kleinen sonnigen Frühstücksterrasse. Ein kostenloser Stellplatz direkt vor der Türe sorgt für eine bequeme An - und Abreise. .

Ferien am Bodensee

Unsere 2.5 Zimmer-Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einem alten Bauernhaus: 5 min Fussmarsch vom See und Badeplatz, 5 min von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die freigelegten Balken und das Eichenparkett strahlen Wärme aus. Im Garten erwartet Sie ein lauschiger Sitzplatz und für Kinder hat es hier viel Platz und Spielgeräte. Es hat einen Parkplatz und Velo-Unterstell-Möglichkeiten.

Beautiful 2.5 room apartment in a single-family house with a covered garden seating area. Very quiet neighborhood. 3 minutes by car or 5 minutes by bike to Lake Constance for swimming. Ideal for bike tours around Lake Constance and trips to St. Gallen, Konstanz, Bregenz. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed. - 1x bedroom for max. 2 adults - 1x sofa bed in the living room for 2 children (10 - 14) or 1 adult. (The Spindler family lives in the main house)

Die Wohnung ist funktonal und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung und die Bahnhaltestelle wie auch der See sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der schöne Uferweg lädt zu Spaziergängen ein.

You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 4 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed 140x190cm.
