The penthouse is located in La Reserva de Marbella residential resort. The modern furnished apartment has a large rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, artificial grass, external shower and a chill-out area. There is another terrace on the entrace level with a dining table. You see the lush gardens of the resort, the pools and the Mediterranean sea. The resort has pools, jacuzzis and an on-site restaurant. The apartment has high-speed internet and internet TV with international TV channels.

The gated community is popular with guests because of its tranquility, beautiful gardens and amenities. It is 3 minutes drive to Cabopino Port which has great restaurants and one of the most popular beaches in Marbella. The apartment is fully equiped and has a clean modern feel.

The resort has other tourists as well as permanent residents, so there is a lively athmosphere with people using the pools, onsite restaurant and the shop. The beach in Cabopino and in Las Chapas can be reached within a short drive. The best restaurants includd El Rancho (steak), Sinbad (beach & fish), DaBruno (italian) and Los Javieres (authentic Spanish).

Hi my name is Oliver, I look forward to sharing the benefit of my experience with you in your choice of accommodation. I have been in the real estate business in Marbella for the past 18 years and am happy to converse in English, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian and Swahili. Let me share some thoughts about this season 2021 with the emergence of covid19. We have been super flexible with our clients that planned to come here in May, June and in some specific cases the summer also. We continue to have our cancellation policy in order to better manage our properties, but I want you to know we offer solutions to guests that have to cancel. We also follow all the instructions from the Government to use specific cleaning methods and material to ensure the safety of our guests at all time. Our apartments are mainly in smaller communities and in the family friendly East side of Marbella. You will not find crowds here and be very comfortable inside and outside your apartment. This summer we expect less tourists in general, but high demand for our apartments since people chose not to go to hotels. We will make sure you yet the best service from us and Marbella is ready to receive guests to a safe environment. Just a little about me. Well, I am a very active person. I enjoy playing golf here on the Costa del Sol or snowboarding in the Sierra Nevada. I also like to taking a ride on my boat to go fishing or water skiing. I would love to welcome you in one of my properties. Myself and my father, Karl, pride ourselves in our personal and supportive approach to our clients.
