Second floor apartment walking distance to Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center (formerly Assembly Hall), downtown Champaign, and campus town. Brand new flooring, stainless steel appliances, huge master suite, and patio.

Brand new kitchen is turn-key. Includes stainless steel appliances (gas range, dishwasher, and refrigerator). Flatware, pots/pans, and dishware are all provided for you. Keurig machine with plenty of coffee and tea. Master suite is absolutely huge - full bathroom with bathtub, King-size Casper mattress is super comfortable and brand new. Huge picture window facing East provides a ton of natural light. Ceiling fan and lots of outlets to charge your toys. Bedroom also includes HD tv with xfinity. Queen SoundAsleep Dream Series air mattress with memory foam pad provided for partIes with >2 guests.
