The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche im Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafsofa mit zwei Schlafplätzen und ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Doppelwaschtisch und großer Dusche. Zudem gibt es eine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit.

Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus wurde 1962 ursprünglich als Wochenendhaus für eine Frankfurter Familie gebaut und wurde in den letzten drei Jahren komplett renoviert und umgewandelt. Es ist modern, praktisch, effizient aber auch sehr gemütlich geworden und bietet eine Wohlfülloase von ca.150m² auf 2 Etagen.
