Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Kom tot rust in het mooie Papenveer! In de omgeving zijn talloze wandel- fiets- en vaarroutes langs velden en plassen. Neem je fiets mee of informeer naar de mogelijkheden! Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang met parkeerplek. U verblijft op ons terrein maar door een scheiding geniet u van volledige privacy. Er is één slaapkamer, badkamer met bad, zitruimte met smartTV en een keukentje met kraan en koffie/thee mogelijkheden. Een losse kookplaat is beschikbaar. Partijen zijn niet toegestaan.

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy. IN 2027, RENTALS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE PER MONTH AND FOR A MAX. OF 4 PEOPLE. Prachtig uitzicht op weilanden en een natuurgebied, Ruygenborgh II Op de begane grond, eethoek en eenvoudig sfeervol keukenblok met hippe retro koelkast. Eigen terras. Op de eerste verdieping, douche, wastafel en twee elektrisch verstelbare bedden. Gezellige zithoek met mooi uitzicht. TV en wifi aanwezig. Direct gelegen aan fietspad, onderdeel van de knooppunten route. Nabij de Nieuwkoopse plassen om te suppen, kanoën etc.

Met het hele gezin tot rust komen in deze gemoedelijke accommodatie? Lekker spelen in de grote tuin, wandeling/fietstocht maken door de omgeving, Gouda bezoeken en eind van de dag genieten van een drankje onder de veranda? Beleef het in 'Buitenkansie'! Dit huisje is niet geschikt voor luidruchtige gasten en vriendengroepen die op zoek zijn naar een uitvalsbasis voor feesten. Daarnaast is het huisje ook niet geschikt voor gastarbeiders. Let op! De bovenverdieping heeft een laag plafond.

Nice cottage close to the mills of Kinderdijk

Sfeervol huisje in de tuin. Scandinavisch ingericht met keuken, badkamer, eethoek en genoeg ruimte om te spelen voor de kinderen. Boven twee slaapkamers onder een schuin dak, voorzien van eigen wasbak en spiegel, en een lief klein kamertje met een commode en ledikantje. In de kelder een barretje, voetbaltafel en bank met televisie. Buiten een ruime tuin met speelhuisje en trampoline. NIEUW houtgestookte hottub in de tuin. De oude Wagenschuur aan de rivier de Lek.

Dit prachtige vakantiehuisje was vroeger een 100 jaar oude wagenschuur, waarvan oude balkenwerk zoveel mogelijk in het zicht is gebleven. Het huisje staat op het erf van onze 400 jaar oude monumentale krukhuis boerderij, waar we wonen met onze schapen, kippen en hond. Het huisje beschikt over een eigen zitje buiten. Tegenover de boerderij zijn de uiterwaarden van de rivier de Lek met de vele leuke kleine strandjes. En op steenworp afstand ligt het gezellige zilverstadje Schoonhoven.

Kindvriendelijk op loopafstand van strand en water

Kom met het hele gezin tot rust in dit leuke vakantiehuis. Op loopafstand van strandje en het Grevelingenmeer. Middenin natuurgebied de Slikken van Flakkee. Ideaal om te wandelen/fietsen. Spot zeehonden of wilde flamingo's! Twee grote Jachthavens. Kindvriendelijk huis, afgelopen jaren helemaal gerenoveerd. Alles is inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken, keukendoeken, airco, gas en elektra. U hoeft niets mee te brengen. Alleen een goed humeur. Met 2 families? Huur ons andere huisje erbij!

This lovingly refurbished cottage sits in the middle of the Dutch polder landscape. With triple aspect views of fields, there is always something to see, whether it is farmers in action, cows grazing or a kestrel hovering. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers, yet famous cities such as Gouda and Rotterdam are only a short car journey away. Please do note we are not close to any public transport links. The perfect place to relax or be as active as you like.
