Located on our family farm, this lovely slice of heaven has everything you’ll need to enjoy a short stay! Mini fridge, stovetop, pots/pans, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Close to everything touristy, yet away from all the hustle/bustle. The Cabin is located right beside our young cattle lot! Guests are welcome to walk the farm and enjoy the views!

Centrally located for easy drive to Smoky Mtns, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville. Amenities include Split Unit Air Conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. Appliances included: Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Ice Maker, and Keurig (Free Coffee) 1 parking space inside basement directly below loft. No children or pets allowed.

We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

The “Connection Cottage" is set in the hills of Morristown, TN. Located in our home's walk-out basement w/ it's own private entrance. This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located studio apartment. This is a studio apartment. It is newly renovated and setup to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are many restaurants nearby for you to enjoy. If you prefer not to eat out, feel free to use the stocked kitchen to make a homemade meal. The kitchen contains a coffee bar so that you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee.
