Our favorite garden, especially in the spring when daffodils, magnolias, and bluebells are blooming. Moderate walking with some gentle, grassy hills. Quiet, refreshing.

Bicycles through history! A surprisingly large assortment of bikes. Odd historic examples, cool bikes from our growing-up years, and unexpected modern examples. About 90 minutes north, but worth visiting.

Dayton has extensive bike trails. Virgil is an avid bike-rider. He has planned out many routes that use bike trails and residential streets. He gladly rides with our guests! Bring your bike or rent one from a nearby bike store.
The closest trail to our house is the Iron Horse trail.
The MetroParks are also great for hiking, picnicking, and overall relaxation.
