Sightseeing
This an uncrowded ski / snowboard experience when compared with the larger resorts up cottonwood canyons. It is close at only 15 miles and about a 25 minute drive. From the top of the back mountain lift you can look down into Utah Valley and see clear to the end of the valley at Santaquin. During late Spring, Summer, and early Fall, the chair lifts run for scenic sightseers and mountain bikers that want to ride down the mountain.

I've seen some of my best concerts in this small family-friendly outdoor venue: Boyz II Men, Little River Band, Take 6, Rick Springfield, Christopher Cross, and more. Utah summer evenings are unbeatable as cool canyon winds bring down the temperatures of a hot day and bugs are almost non-existent in our low-humidity environment.
