Just 40 mins away it's really worth checking out this beautiful town. Take a tour of the Convent Gallery, check out the Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens and have lunch at Wombat Hill House and finish the day at the Mill Markets browsing for treasures, you won't regret it!

You have to go to Red Beard Bakery and grab some of their famous sourdough bread and my fave is their fruit buns.
Have a wander around this small village it won't take long but it is the cutest little spot, some lovely shops and awesome gallery plus a drink at the Cosmopolitan Hotel is always a good idea!

You have to go to Red Beard Bakery and grab some of their famous sourdough bread and my fave is their fruit buns.

Kid Friendly
If you have kids this park is the best thing in Woodend! They shall love it and there is a fenced off area for the younger kids so you can relax.
