Karura Forest is a great sanctuary to visit. It’s only a few minutes drive/or even walk from my apartment,and it borders the UN 🇺🇳 area,which also hosts quite a number of embassies.
This forest,manned by the Kenya wildlife service,is home to very many indigenous trees,bird species and animals such as monkeys,
The forest has well mapped routes for cycling,nature walks jogging.
