Some of my favorite spots are Bangers, Unbarlievable, Container Bar, and Bungalow, but there are plenty more to try on the street. It is a strip of local bars known for live music and dancing and is completely blocked off for car traffic on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays starting at 9PM. The crowd on this street varies but is typically younger adults and tourists. Be sure to check it out if you just walk the street and don't go into any bars, just watching the people on the street is entertaining alone!

AMAZING Italian food! Located right inside The Vortex (you can see this place from your bedroom window), this italian food truck is rated as one of the best italian food places in Austin. It is all completely homemade pasta and sauces. Definitely worth checking out!
