At the base of the Ventura Pier you will find a great local brewery on the 2nd story. It has a great view of a popular surf break and the food served downstairs is awesome.

This is a one of the best breakfast spots that's just down the street. There is usually a wait, but for a reason! The food is excellent and I highly recommend getting their freshly made biscuits and jam.

Sightseeing
Point Mugu and the entire PCH is a beautiful stretch of coastline that goes all the way into Malibu. You have 100% seen this coastline in car commercials. Lots of great hikes and beach spots.
