Here are a selection of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. Restaurants are usually relaxed in Berlin and there isn't much waiting time, BUT some of those restaurants are very popular so it's best to book a table in advance.

This my favorite breakfast/brunch place near the house. Nice and warm staff, good coffee, and nice food. You should try their spreads (hint: make sure to try their dried tomato feta spread, it's the best!).

This is a small supermarket just around the block. There is a slightly bigger one if you walk a few meters up the street!

Kollwitzkiez, which is on the other side of Danziger Straße, is a beatiful, peaceful, and leafy green neighborhood. It’s nice to take a stroll there and stop for a coffee, ice cream, or drink when it’s sunny. There is also a street market every weekend where you can find a lot of things -- from fresh vegetables and fruits, to jewelry and handcrafts!

Kollwitzkiez, which is on the other side of Danziger Straße, is a beatiful, peaceful, and leafy green neighborhood. It’s nice to take a stroll there and stop for a coffee, ice cream, or drink when it’s sunny. There is also a street market every weekend where you can find a lot of things -- from fresh vegetables and fruits, to jewelry and handcrafts!
If you are into shopping, this is the area for you. I love strolling there in the afternoon, check out shops, and grab a coffee.
