There are a set of stairs that lead to middle head road. They are the rudest most challenging stairs around. If you like fitness... you will like the challenge of this ripper!!

Take a picnic onto the island. Generally one side will have no wind and plenty of sun...all year around. there are many cool little nooks to sit in around the edges of the island- just be careful!
