The menu has been mastered with listings like bread of the banane (homemade pistachio and pecan banana bread with whipped ricotta), snowman in summer (marinated Dutch carrot salad with blanched kale, avocado, toasted pepitas and lemon yogurt dressing) and bloody bacon cuckootails (with vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, seasoning).
