Touristic hotel but very good service and excellent sandwich club dish ! It has the advantage of being right in front of the building if you need a brunch and didn't have time to buy groceries !! Quite expensive but good quality

Lavinia is a huge wine shop where you can have lunch : the wine bottles will be at the same price as in the shop :)
the spanish inspirited menu is really tasteful and the price reasonable

Excellent French restaurant, very delicate meals. and one of the closest from home. it's better to book before going

typical "Lyonnais" bistrot by Alain Ducasse. Order the "quenelles", typical dish form Lyon. Very nice adress and the price is reasonable considering it's a chef's bistrot

Latte Cisternino is an Italian cooperative, not far from the apartment where you'll find all the best italien products you can find in Paris in case you crave for a fresh burrata or meat or vegetarian canelonies.
Be patient though, the owner of the epicerie sings in Italien and takes all his time (but it's a really nice show:)
prices are low but products are incredible

If you need to read under the trees in the center of Paris, take a run or enjoy a tea with the ducs nearby, you should definitely go to the Tuileries Gardens which are beautiful and a 5 minutes walk !
