The garden was built in the 17th century by a feudal lord Tokugawa Yorihusa and his son, Tokugawa Mitsukuni.

Kappa zushi is nicely reasonable sushi bar which doesn't use a conveyor belt, chiefs ask all customers what they want to eat.

I recommend you come here around 9pm-11:00pm after hustle and bustle day in Tokyo, watching night view of Akihabara and headlight tail of cars.
