UVAC (pronounced: oovats) Special Nature Reserve Dakles Hampshire, England Reviewed July 7, 2017 Magnificent, and eagles, but you need to be persistent This is undoubtedly a must see in any tour of Serbia but don't underestimate the complexity of getting here. The best access point to the park is undoubtedly via Sjenica to the south as that gains you access to the tightest and most scenic of the meanders of the Uvac river. If you're looking to do this visit completely independently then good luck. There is no signage anywhere to indicate the points of access either for a boat trip or to the viewpoints and, if and when you do find the correct way, the access is by off road tracks that,

Sightseeing and parking in Užice

Splendid Skyline has no designated parking.  However, in addition to the public garage (Javna Garaža), there is parking in the streets and you can pay very simply through a Serbian SIM card, the cost of which is the equivalent of $3. Once you have a Serbian SIM card on your phone, then you just use a parking app on your phone to pay for parking. A daily ticket is the equivalent of $1 for Zona II and slightly more for Zona I. Almost all newspaper stands (kiosks) sell SIM cards for Telecom Serbia and you can add credit there as well. The parking app is called Parking Manijak. :) My host will be glad to assist you with this should you need help.
Stari grad (Old Castle), Narodni muzej (National Museum), Trg (The Square), Stara gradska kuća (Old Town House), Veliki Park... These are some of the points of interest in the nearby Užice that will acquaint you with the regional culture and history.

DRVENGRAD (or Wood-Town) in Mokra Gora This is a must! There are organized tours to Mokra Gora from Zlatibor. You will easily find information about these and other tours to local points of interest and more once you take a walk around the market-place (called Trzhni centar in Serbian). The ride takes about an hour. When in Mokra Gora / Drvengrad, definitely take a ride by the steam train and order one of Drvengrad’s delicious berry juices from locally-grown fruit!

Getting to Zlatibor

It takes about 25-30 minutes whether by bus or taxi. A taxi will cost 1700-2000 dinars while a bus ticket will be a little over 100 dinars per person. Busses run every 30 minutes or so most of the daytime. If you choose to go by taxi, you will find them if you turn right down the street once you exit the building, then take the second street on the right and walk past the theater building. There should be a few of them parked at the intersection past the theater. Be sure to ask the taxi driver how much it will cost.
