Living Room: Use the Amazon Firestick Remote (all black, ~6”) to operate the television. Turn TV on using the top left button. Once on a grid-style menu should pop up. Choose the FireTV app. It should take a few seconds and the menu should pop up. You have the option, by pressing the circle controller in the remote, to select from Premium Channels to Network TV to everything else in between. If you need any assistance just contact LaKesha, your host for any assistance.

Turn on television and select the IPTV Smarters App from the grid. It will update and select LIVE TV. The categories will pop up where you can select Network TV, Premium Movie Channels, Local TV or a host of other options.

We are excited to host you in our property and it is our goal for you to enjoy your stay with us. Important Things to Remember: 1. Other families live in the property. Please be respectful of one another. 2. Make a dedicated effort to be considerate of things like: *Loud Noise (Please refrain from making loud noises—TVs, music, screaming, arguing, fighting, running—it travels through the units. *Quiet hours: weekdays 9p to 9a CT/weekends 11p to 11a 3. Hardwood floors throughout magnify sounds like: walking in hard bottom shoes/heel, stomping, running, rolling)

Our accommodations are lovely and are best suited for adult travelers. The unit is not child-proofed so parents/guardians staying with children are responsible for maintaining a safe environment. We firmly believe as long as you have parents/guardians in charge and managing little ones, your stay will be safe and enjoyable.

If there is a need to access your unit, the property manager will provide a 48-hour notice. If there is an emergency and it is determined your unit must be accessed, the property manager will make every effort to contact you. In instances where contact is not possible the property manager will enter the unit to attempt to resolve an issue. (e.g.: water leaks, fire, etc.)

- Please contact property manager if an emergency arises. - Please close all gates upon entry and exit. - No smoking. - No parties. - Only place bodily waste and toilet tissue in toilets (all other items should be placed in the garbage). - Garbage pick-up is on Tuesday mornings. Please discard your garbage in the black City of Chicago plastic trash bins located in the alley, on the West side of the garage.
