Our Family of 7 has lived in Gilbert for over 33 years. Rolly and I watched our Town grow from less than 50,000 people, to now approaching 300,000. Our Family believes that Gilbert is the best place to live and we plan to live in Gilbert forever.
The Town of Gilbert is located in the Southeast Valley - the south eastern most part of Maricopa County and about 45 minutes from Downtown Phoenix. Our Family Favorites. We love to patronize our local business owners, rather than the chain restaurants you can find where ever you go.
This is the absolute best breakfast/lunch restaurant in Arizona. Our family has been going to TC Eggingtons for 35+ years. Everything on the menu is excellent. It is a 20 min approximate drive from Casa Dolce Vita - but it is 100% worth it.
You must have reservations on Sundays. If you are here during a holiday (Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day), you should make reservations 3-4 weeks in advance. You may have a small wait during lunch hours, weekdays and Saturdays.
Be sure to try the Apple Walnut Muffin; and take home a jar of TC Eggington's Jelly.

If you want a great picture of Gilbert, go to the top of the parking garage across from the Water Tower. At dusk, your background is the Water Tower/Downtown Gilbert and the San Tan Mountains. Just Beautiful.
While visiting the Water Tower, be sure to grab lunch or dinner, stay cool with some amazing ice cream, or buy a bunch of candy at the candy store.
