Great terrasse, often full in the evening, perfect calm location in the middle of the art galleries. Easy, one block from the house where Champollion translated the hieroglyphs, on the old wall of medieval Paris. 2 minutes from the best view of Paris (Pont des arts).

Because you are a tourist, you should go to the oldest café globally. Incredible place, like a museum. A cool history: Voltaire, Rousseau, and all the revolutionary people were meeting there.
Don’t miss the small street behind it: a great way to imagine what was Paris before Haussman.
