Occupy Beach Street Project is an initiative to bring life into Beach Street on Sundays. This state government project coincides with Car-Free Day which is implemented every Sunday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm on a stretch of Beach Street from Downing Street to Church Street.
The Occupy Beach Street Project comprises four activity zones: the Eco-Friendly Zone, Sport Zone, Play Zone and Cultural Zone. Various related activities are run within each zone.
